    About the Role
    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.
    - Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.
    - Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.
    - Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.
    - Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.
    - Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration
    - Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
    - Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
    - Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
