• Job Description

  - Business Development & Sales Execution: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the electronics and manufacturing sectors in Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  - Key Account Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  - Technical Consultation: Serve as the technical expert during client meetings, accurately interpreting client blueprints, technical specifications, and project requirements to propose optimal engineering solutions.
  - Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Collaborate with internal engineering and costing teams to prepare comprehensive, competitive technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documents.
  - Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify emerging demands within the power electronics and industrial automation markets.
  - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality Control) to ensure smooth project onboarding, timely product delivery, and swift resolution of any technical issues.
  - Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and customer feedback using internal CRM systems, providing regular updates to senior management.
