  • Job Description

    • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA/SMT lines, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
    • Design and implement efficient production layouts and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
    • Analyze and improve line balancing, production cycles, and material flow to ensure smooth operations.
    • Perform lead time analysis, motion studies and capacity planning to identify areas for improvement and maximize equipment utilization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to drive continuous process improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze production data, providing insights to improve throughput, yield, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
    • Support the setup and launch of production lines in the facility, working closely with the equipment and production teams.
    • Complete a costing calculation (customer RFQ) within the time frame. Coordinate and review RFQ costing to ensure pricings are competitive and profitable.
    • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour and overhead associated with projects or products.
    • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
    • Open to fresh graduates

    <Advantageous>
    • Able to communicate effectively across departments, especially with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
    • Ability to track project timelines, especially during new product trials or project transitions.
    • Fluent in English and/or Mandarin for communication with internal teams and external vendors (if applicable).
    • Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by superiors.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
