Job Description
Technical Sales and Solution Management Section is responsible for contributing company’s expanding sales by proactively provides effective proposals, developing new solution and applications quickly, and conduct technical training to BtoB sales members of AJICO group.
<Responsibilities and Authorities>
●Creation of New Solution and New Sales
i): Contribute to sales growth in company BtoB business by providing quick solutions that meet customer needs.
ii) :Create innovative new solution with competitiveness utilizing company BtoB specialty ingredients and competitors good materials through experimenting with different ingredients and processing techniques.
iii): Improve values of the company as solution provider by identifying customer issues from technical perspective, and addressing them appropriately through proposals and communication with customers.
●Customer and Affiliates Relationship Management & Training
i): Build strong relationship with Affiliates and customers to get the latest information and requirements.
ii) : Identify issues obtained from customers and affiliates and consider best solution, proposals and applications to solve customer's and affiliates issue .
iii): Plan and conduct product training sessions to improve solution capabilities and contribute to strengthening the AJICO Group’s overall solution expertise.
●Contribution to Company BtoB business from technical expertise
i):Deep understand of company BtoB specialty products, their properties, and applications to articulate the unique benefits and advantages of our products compared to competitors.
ii): Providing detailed technical information to customers, affiliates ,and sales teams.
iii): Assisting Businesss Development sales in customer's troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems.
iiii): Conduct rigorous testing and proposals to evaluate the performance of TENCHO products in various food applications and optimize formulations to achieve the desired results.
iv): Support the planning, purchase and maintenance of laboratory equipment, instrument and tools.
●Project Management & Company Wide Activities
i): Inform and update superior on project progress timely.
ii): Set priority and manage assignment initiatively and independently.
iii): Take initiative in a team.iv): Support FSSC, HACCP, quality, 'Halal', safety and environment management system.
Any other responsibilities or tasks may be assigned by superior from time to time.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Science & Technology, or related field.
