• Job Description

  1. Strategic Expansion Planning
  - Formulate detailed expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.
  - Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential courier station locations.
  - Integrate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of expansion projects.
  - Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve station expansion goals within timelines and budgets.
  
  2. Franchising & Business Development
  - Lead the franchising process, including partner recruitment, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  - Develop business models and incentive programs to attract and retain franchise partners.
  - Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational compliance and performance improvement.
  - Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service offerings.
  
  3. Partner Relationship Management
  - Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with regional partners and stakeholders.
  - Act as the primary liaison between the company and franchise partners, ensuring effective communication.
  
  4. Commercial Operations Implementation
  - Oversee the rollout of commercial initiatives across courier stations in the region.
  - Ensure operational excellence by implementing standardized processes and performance metrics.
  - Monitor station performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support station growth and profitability.
