Job Description
Job SummaryTo design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment, with a focus on product silencers for noise control commercial applications, ensuring compliance with required specifications and global standards. The role ensures alignment between engineering requirements and manufacturing capabilities, while supporting project execution,customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination to deliver effective and high-quality engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Project Analysis & Technical Evaluation- Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements, specifications, and client inquiries.- Evaluate technical data and prepare concise reports to support engineering decisions.- Perform site visits when required to understand and validate technical needs.2. Design & Engineering Development- Design and develop mechanical equipment and systems for marine, power plant, oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure applications.- Prepare detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.- Perform simulations (e.g., flow analysis) to validate and enhance design performance.3. Cross-Functional & Factory Coordination- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve design and production challenges.- Travel to the VTR factory to communicate design specifications, technical requirements, and expectations clearly to operations and production teams.- Ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and aligned with production capabilities.4. Customer & Commercial Support- Support the sales team by proposing technically sound and feasible engineering solutions.- Participate in client discussions and presentations to address technical requirements when necessary.5. Project Execution & Resource Management- Attend site meetings and provide technical input during project execution.- Monitor project progress to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.- Manage time, priorities, and resources effectively to maintain project efficiency.
