    Job Summary
    Responsible for managing and growing the existing dealer network by serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner. This role focuses on driving retail sales performance through strong relationship management, operational support, and product expertise. The position ensures smooth order fulfillment, provides technical and commercial support to dealers, and contributes to the overall growth and efficiency of the distribution channel.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Act as the main point of contact for assigned dealers regarding stock availability, pricing, product specifications, spare parts, delivery schedules, and general inquiries
    - Coordinate with Sales Administration to manage Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Instructions (DI), returns, service requests, product replacements, sample requests, and stock checks
    - Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues in collaboration with the Technical Team when required
    - Monitor inventory levels and incoming shipments to proactively recommend suitable products for dealer sales
    - Provide necessary documentation such as product specification sheets, certifications, and regulatory approvals
    - Conduct regular visits to dealers to support retail sales, provide product updates, and strengthen business relationships
    - Offer advisory support to improve showroom presentation, sales strategy, and product positioning
    - Communicate new product launches, updates, and company initiatives to dealer networks
    - Manage and monitor dealer-led project inquiries in coordination with internal project teams
    - Support project registration, pricing approval requests, and tender-related discussions
    - Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and execution in coordination with internal departments
    - Provide technical presentations and product support to end clients such as developers, architects, and interior designers when required
    - Collaborate with Finance to monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection when necessary
    -Support ad-hoc tasks and initiatives related to channel development and sales improvement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Education: Minimum of a Diploma qualification in any relevant field.
    - Minimum 2 year of B2B sales experience in Building Materials & Construction Products (e.g. sanitary ware, tiles, kitchen systems, lighting, doors, flooring, HVAC systems, glass & aluminium products)
