    We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable, high-performance web applications and solving real-world business challenges using modern technologies.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver reliable, user-friendly digital solutions.

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
    • Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js
    • Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
    • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
    • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

    <Requirements>
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant full-stack development experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    <Advantageous>
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Familiarity with ISO quality standards, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Willingness to work on the shop floor and provide hands-on support.

    <Technical Experience>
    • Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern front-end frameworks
    • Solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
    • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
    • Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL
    • Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
    • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
    • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
