    Job Responsibilities:

    - Manage existing client accounts, primarily Japanese companies
    - Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships
    - Enhance customer satisfaction through continuous communication with existing clients
    - Develop new clients and expand the customer base
    - Prepare and present business proposals based on client needs
    - Regularly provide clients with information on new products and services
    - Conduct client visits and business meetings (including business trips to the Klang Valley area as needed)
    - Collaborate with internal departments to support contract management and project progress

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Degree or Diploma in any Field
    • Japanese Skills (Above N2 level)
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Japanese companies handling marketing, sales or customer relation
