  Overview:
  Lead the company’s IT department, driving the transition from outsourced to in‑house IT operations while ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. Oversee infrastructure, system management, cybersecurity, and IT projects across the organization.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  -Take full ownership of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, end‑user devices, and enterprise systems.
  -Ensure high availability, performance, capacity planning, and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  -Implement, monitor, and continuously improve cybersecurity measures; respond to IT security incidents.
  -Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations, while managing budgets and timelines.
  -Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and establish IT policies and procedures.
  -Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee knowledge transfer during contract transitions.
  -Collaborate closely with other departments to understand IT needs and maintain effective communication across teams.
