  • Job Description

    Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of high-speed automatic lathes and CNC machinery. You will troubleshoot mechanical/electrical failures, lead preventive maintenance, and drive technical improvements to maximize production uptime.
    •Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective repairs on automatic lathes and CNC systems.
    •Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
    •Process Enhancement: Analyze recurring issues to improve machine precision and efficiency.
    •Inventory & Records: Manage spare parts and maintain accurate service documentation.
    •Safety: Ensure full compliance with industrial safety (OSHA/ISO) standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    •2–5 years of maintenance experience in high-volume machining, automotive components, or similar precision manufacturing industries.
    •Troubleshooting automatic lathes, hydraulics/pneumatics, and reading technical schematics.
