  Job Summary
  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to support the development of new products based on customer requirements. This role is responsible for providing technical support, assisting in product design and improvement, enhancing manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality and compliance.
  
  The Product Development Engineer will work closely with the Sales, Production, and customers to ensure smooth product development, successful implementation, and continuous product improvement.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Assist in the development of new products based on customer specifications and technical requirements.
  - Collaborate with Sales and customers to understand product needs, technical requirements, and application usage.
  - Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation.
  - Support production team during new product trials, pilot runs, and implementation.
  - Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and production efficiency.
  - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production and quality teams.
  - Ensure products meet quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  - Monitor product performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  - Maintain proper documentation for product specifications, development records, and test results.
