  • Job Description

    ●Main Role: Promote and expand sales within the pharmacy channel through strategic account management and hands-on store activity.
    ーSell to pharmacies and develop monthly promotion plans for each store.
    ーPropose sales strategies based on historical data and performance analysis.
    ーMaintain regular communication with buyers to secure shelf space.
    ーManage and track own sales figures and KPIs independently.
    ーCollaborate with the Marketing team to align on campaigns.
    ーConduct regular store visits to check product displays and perform hands-on merchandising/adjustments.
    ーMain Area: Primarily focused on KL City Center.

    ●How to work
    ーMonday: Full day at the KL office.
    ーTuesday – Friday: Office work in the morning, followed by store visits in the afternoon.
    Direct visits to clients and returning home directly is available during fieldwork days.

    ●Commission
    ーFrequency: Paid every two months.
    ーEvaluation: Based on sales results and behavioral evaluation.
    Amount: Approximately 15% of the two-month salary (depending on performance).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・Sales experience in the FMCG industry
    ※FMCG: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (e.g., food, beverages, toiletries, cosmetics)
    ・Experience working with Drugstores / Pharmacies
    ・Must have own car and valid driving license

    <Additional Allowance>
    - Car Allowance RM 800
    - Medical Claim : up to RM1,500 / year
    including family
    - Bonus (Once a year, depends on the company performance. Average basic salary ×2)

    - Petrol on weekdays / Phone : subsidy 80% of total bill are claimable.
    - Visiting client : claimable to company
    (All highway and parking fees.)
    - Business trip allowance / RM50 per night
