Job Description
1. Dealer Management
- To handle inquiries from Dealers across assign countries.
- To influence customers together with dealer over our MGS, putting the specs into their vendor list to increase winning rate of MGS.
- Manage expectations from dealers, supporting their requirements with assistance of cross functional team such as Engineering, QA, Production, Procurement etc.
- Feedback and react to dealer’s request, to have continuous improvement over the product & services in order to keep up with market requirements.
2. Activities & engagement
- To support on assign countries over the Commercial & Data Center projects.
- To support business strategies across the regions to improve data center market
share and revenue.
- Reporting to management on sales activities and action plans.
- To close every possible deal and sales through dealer and/or direct.
- Meet with customers and dealers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Networking through attend exhibitions, seminar and any other activities that can enhance our brand awareness as well building connections.
3. Business Development
- Identify business development opportunities within Asia Data Center market for future growth.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of consumers, competitors, and market trends through engagement, to support on market analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards through attending events and seminars, attending individual and group training programs, and reading industry publications and newsletters.
- Support Business Development Manager/team on meeting new stakeholders, through connection build in regional activities in expanding our company’s business opportunity.
- To identify and expand business into potential industry segments, develop market entry strategies, engage potential business partners to spec in and obtain enquiries leading to orders.
- To conform with company environmental practices.
4. Product Improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing team to identify opportunities for improving existing products and marketing materials, based on market demand and latest advancements.
- Gather feedbacks from clients and dealers, and channel it to engineering, QA & GSC for product and services quality improvement.
- And other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・At least possess Diploma or Degree in any engineering studies.
・Min 5 years sales experience in engineering industry.
■ ADVANTAGES
・Preferably sales experience in Genset sales or Data Center field
・Experience on handing distributor, key accounts & customers
・Proficiency in using Microsoft, Slack, and SAP systemEnglish Level
