  • Job Description

    1. Software Development & Delivery
    • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, clean, reusable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced agile environment.
    • Participate actively in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
    • Develop unit tests and ensure code quality meets project standards and deadlines.
    • Follow and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes.

    2. Technical Leadership & Ownership
    • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, managing priorities across multiple initiatives.
    • Provide technical input and solution strategies aligned with business and market needs.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and SDLC maturity.
    • Support architectural and design decisions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

    3. Collaboration & Mentoring
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery.
    • Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior team members.
    • Promote design-led thinking and best engineering practices across the team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years of software development experience.

    2. Core Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
    • Solid experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs.
    • Proficiency in PHP and PHP frameworks such as Laravel (5+) and Symfony (4+).
    • Experience with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery.
    • Database experience with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL (including SQL scripting and stored procedures).
    • Version control experience using Git and/or SVN.

    3. DevOps & Infrastructure
    • Experience in server setup and deployment (Linux and Windows Server environment).
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

    4. Additional / Advantageous Skills
    • Experience with Node.js, JIRA, and MongoDB.
    • Knowledge of SOAP / REST / JSON service integration.
    • Exposure to native mobile development (Android – Java, iOS – Swift / Objective-C, Xamarin).

    5. Soft Skills
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively.
