  < JOB SUMMARY >
  The Production Executive supports the Production Department Head in planning production targets, ensuring efficient operations at the spring manufacturing facility.
  This role involves close monitoring of output metrics, quality standards, and team performance to meet business goals.
  
  < KEY RESPONSIBILITIES >
  ・Assist in planning daily/weekly production schedules based on orders, capacity, and resources to optimize output and efficiency.
  ・Monitor real-time production numbers, including line speeds, yields, downtimes, and OEE, while conducting quality checks to minimize defects and waste.
  ・Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports, charts, and dashboards for presentation at management and cross-functional meetings.
  ・Lead the production team by conducting morning briefings to set daily goals, reinforce safety protocols, and motivate staff for high performance.
  ・Coordinate closely with maintenance, quality control, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and implement process improvements.
