  • Job Description

    1. Export Sales & Market Development (HORECA Focus)
    ・Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new international markets, specifically targeting the HORECA and consumer food product sectors.
    ・Sales Promotion: Introduce and promote the full range of Ajinomoto products to potential stakeholders and distributors to expand the global footprint.
    ・Market Intelligence: Conduct on-site market studies and competitor analysis to ensure strategies are aligned with local market trends and customer needs.

    2. Export Sales Operations & Financial Management
    ・Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end sales operation for export retail and industrial products, ensuring strict adherence to delivery deadlines.
    ・Account Management: Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
    ・Supply Chain Support: Collaborate on SCM & PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) projects to optimize stock levels, preventing both out-of-stock and overstock situations.

    3. Trade Relationship & Stakeholder Management
    ・Distributor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for export customers, providing accurate and efficient responses to build long-term, trusted partnerships.
    ・Communication: Facilitate direct communication with Middle Eastern and Chinese stakeholders (utilizing Arabic or Mandarin language skills where applicable) to streamline negotiations and operations.

    4. Brand Awareness & Marketing Strategy
    ・Brand Positioning: Enhance Ajinomoto’s brand visibility in export territories through localized social media campaigns and strategic marketing activities.
    ・Promotional Kits: Develop and deploy effective promotional kits and usage knowledge programs to increase public interest and product adoption.

    5. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance
    ・Sales Analytics: Prepare precise monthly sales, expense, and stock movement reports for senior management review.
    ・Compliance: Ensure all activities strictly comply with international and local requirements, including Halal certification, Food Safety & Quality, Environmental Safety, and Food Defense.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 3-5 years Sales experience in HORECA.
