    Job description:

    1. Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
    2. Assist on video upload by schedule
    3. Execute promotional activities like campaigns, vouchers, shocking sales
    4. Manage product listings, update inventory through SiteGiant
    5. Assist with basic after-sales support, including returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
    6. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education: At least Diploma/ Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field
    - Experience: Min 2 years of E-commerce experience

    Require Skill:
    - Able to speak Malay, English and Mandarin
    - Can work independently, team work Hardworking & Good Attitude
