  • Job Description

    - Lead production line set-up, process design, and standard work implementation
    - Execute and improve production planning, quality control, and safety management
    - Work closely with Japan HQ engineering to establish QCDS standards
    - Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate production staff
    - Set, monitor, and improve KPIs (yield, productivity, line efficiency)
    - Support quality/safety audits and drive corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least 7 years of experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
    - Proven experience in factory start-ups or the implementation of new production lines.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in managing multicultural teams.
    - Understanding of Japanese quality and safety standards.
    - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Quality Control (QC) methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
