  • Job Description

    This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks related to procurement, customer service, accounting, and inventory management. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by liaising with management, customers, and suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities
    -Prepare daily customer delivery documents and handle shipping arrangements, including FedEx exports.
    -Manage purchasing activities: issue purchase orders and communicate with suppliers (tools, materials, coatings, subcontractors, etc.).
    -Handle tools and materials inventory: data entry for inbound/outbound items.
    -Perform accounting tasks: input daily expenses and prepare customer statements.
    -Conduct monthly and yearly processing: overtime calculations and account audits.
    -Coordinate with customers and suppliers on orders, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 2years of experience of Admin, sales support
    Fresh Graduates can apply if he/she have Japanese skills

    【Prefer】
    - Language : Japanese skills (Above N3)
