Job Description
Summary
Oversee quality management processes, handle audits and analyze quality data, and support product and process quality evaluations.
Job Responsibility
‐ Prepare and update documents, procedures, and records related to Quality Management.
- Plan, conduct, and report internal audits, and follow up on audit findings.
- Receive, investigate, and analyze customer quality complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and continuously improve quality manuals, procedures, and records.
- Communicate quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and auditors.
- Support quality training and awareness programs.
- Collect and analyze quality data for products and processes, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Support quality evaluation during the introduction of new products or processes, including test planning and approval procedures.
Qualifications
Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of QC experience in the food industry.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
- Education: SPM or equivalentEnglish Level
