• Job Description

  The candidate will most probably work closely with the Store Managers from the Production and Retail teams.
  This position is not purely a Data Analyst role. A significant part of the role involves stock and inventory control, with some data analysis responsibilities. The position is therefore more focused on Inventory Management with some Data Analysis.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement stock control policies and procedures to streamline the inventory management process.
  • Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates and aging inventory to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts, movements and adjustments.
  • Train and supervise stock control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Forecast demand for raw materials and finished goods, and develop production and delivery plans.
  • Collect data and maintain regular reports to provide insights for business decisions.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
