• Job Description

  - Responsible for overseeing implementation of company’s policies, procedures and work instruction for higher quality and productivity.
  - Ensure all related activities are monitored and necessary actions are taken to meet operations KPI and on-time delivery.
  - Liaise with customers and suppliers as and when required.
  - Responsible for initiating and implementation of operational expansion and process improvement for quality and cost efficiency improvement.
  - Lead, coach and motivate subordinates, ensure high morale and teamwork across the organization.
  - Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
  - Estimating costs and setting the work standards during the operational expansion and ongoing operations.
  - Identifying training needs.
  - Responsible for equipment utilization and yield.
  - Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed by all operations staffs.
  - Drafting a timescale for the job being assigned in the operational expansion and ongoing operations.
  - Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required.
