  • Job Description

    Seeking for Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for offset printing machinery at client sites locally and across ASEAN.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Travel to client sites in Malaysia and ASEAN (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam) for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
    2. Provide technical support and training to client machine operators.
    3. Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and ensure machines run efficiently.
    4. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
    5. Work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

    𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 - 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 / 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 - 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥
    1. Education requirement : Min SPM or Diploma in Engineering
    2. Working Experience : Min 2 years as an offset printing machine operator or similar role.
    3. Other skills:
    -Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in developing into a Service Engineer.
    -Required longer training period (up to 2 years) to obtain the skills required to qualify as an Offset Printer Service Engineer.
    -Able to travel around Asia countries and locally.

    𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
    1. Education Requirement: Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering
    2. Working Experience: Min 2 years or above of experience with offset printing machinery is preferred, but will consider other relevant industry
    3. Other skills:
    -Able to troubleshoot and provide engineering-level support.
    -Able to travel around Asia countries and locally.
