    As our first senior sales hire in Malaysia, you’ll be the face of the company to hospitals, clinics, and pharma, shaping how we grow in one of our most important markets. You’ll play a central role in building our presence in this market: listening closely to healthcare leaders, shaping how our solutions meet local needs, and ensuring every deal contributes to better outcomes for doctors and patients.

    • Act as the first senior sales lead in Malaysia, leveraging your existing healthcare network to open doors with hospitals, clinics, and pharma.
    • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, owning the full cycle from prospecting and pitching through contracting, negotiations, and closing against ambitious targets.
    • Actively hunt for new opportunities through outbound hustle while also qualifying and converting inbound leads.
    • Serve as a thought partner to healthcare leaders, helping them reimagine workflows and transform patient care through AI and automation.
    • Design creative go-to-market plays tailored to Malaysian healthcare, combining relationship-building with data-driven prospecting.
    • Partner with product and delivery teams to share market insights and refine product–market fit, ensuring smooth handovers post-contract.
    • Represent the company at industry events and forums, building visibility and positioning us as a trusted voice in digital health.
    • Travel across Malaysia (~20%) to meet clients and grow our footprint in key regions like Penang and Johor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Min. 5+ years of proven sales experience with deep familiarity selling into Malaysian healthcare (hospitals, clinics, or pharma), ideally in enterprise or complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
    • Existing senior-level network with decision makers (CEOs, CMOs, Medical Directors, Heads of IT, Procurement) in Malaysian healthcare.

    <Advantageous>
    • Demonstrated ability to own and exceed annual revenue/ARR targets and close enterprise-level deals.
    • Track record of building and managing your own pipeline to supplement marketing or inbound leads.
    • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable selling innovative solutions in an evolving marketing and building processes from scratch.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    Basic salary: RM10,000 - RM13,000

    • Commission: 5% after receiving payment from client
    • Entitlement for EPF, SOCSO, EIS
