• Job Description

  • Plan, monitor, and oversee daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Support machine setup, process adjustment, and troubleshooting during production runs.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize breakdowns.
  • Assist in developing and improving production processes, methods, and SOPs.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, R&D) for product development, process trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production operators.
