  ■ JOB OVERVIEW
  We are looking for a proactive and versatile Engineer to join our team and support our manufacturing operations.
  This role involves the design, programming, and optimization of automation systems, as well as continuous improvement of production processes.
  The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
  ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  ・Design, implement, and maintain automation systems to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
  ・Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram languages.
  ・Prepare, review, and update technical drawings and documentation using engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ZwCAD).
  ・Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  ・Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  ・Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal quality procedures.
  ・Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to colleagues as required.
