  Achieve sales target and grow the sales in assigned segment and territory
  job duties
  -Responsible in the sales of assigned products including proposing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet the set target
  -Monitor and track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set
  -To deliver sales presentations to customers, senior management and demonstrate product
  -Good networking in sales and able to approach potential customers in promoting the products & services
  -Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers and identify new business opportunities and translate them into business success
  -Close monitoring on sales and collection
  -Provide constant customers' feedback and market update to the management
  -Assist in the overall marketing effort by contributing ideas and participate in product launches, trade events, conferences, etc
  -Be a pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure overall company objectives are met
  -To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Management.
