  < Position Summary >
  We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead the establishment of our Malaysian operations. This role will be responsible for transitioning from a Representative Office to a fully operational Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd.), including overseeing the setup of a manufacturing facility and ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  
  < Key Responsibilities >
  ・Company Incorporation: Lead the full process of transitioning from a representative office to a locally incorporated Sendirian Berhad, including documentation, registration, and coordination with legal, accounting, and regulatory advisors.
  ・Manufacturing Plant Setup: Oversee the end-to-end setup of the manufacturing facility in Malaysia, including site selection support, infrastructure planning, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  ・Government & Authority Liaison: Act as the primary liaison with Malaysian government bodies and local authorities (e.g., MIDA, MITI, CIDB, DOE, BOMBA, etc.) to ensure timely approvals, licenses, and compliance.
  ・Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all necessary business licenses, permits, and approvals are obtained and maintained, including environmental, safety, tax, and labor-related requirements.
  ・Project Management: Develop project timelines, track milestones, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely setup of both the legal entity and manufacturing operations.
  ・Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to regional or HQ leadership on progress, issues, and risk mitigation plans.
  ・Post-Setup Support: Assist in setting up foundational business functions such as HR, Finance, and Admin in the newly incorporated entity to ensure a smooth operational transition.
