    1. Manage an entire after-sales operation in KL branch
    2. Lead after-sales operation as a leader of engineer
    3. Execute company’s direction for after-sales work with some KPI (sales, profit and after-sales care activity for user)
    4. Keep relationship with customers
    5. Keep relationship with suppliers
    6. Evaluation on engineer’s work
    7. Keep improvement on working environment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements】
    - Education Background : Bachelor OR Master degree in Electrical / Mechanical / other relevant
    - Min 10+ yrs experience in industry which provide compressor sales and service
    - Strong hands-on experience in technical maintenance and servicing part
    - Good English and Malay language skill (speaking and writing)
    - Preferably from top 5 public uni (University of Malaya, University of Science, The National University of Malaysia, University of Technology Putra Malaysia University, Petronas Technology University)
