  • Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Advisory Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding clients through various financial and business advisory services, including financial forecasting, analysis, and modeling, due diligence, proposal preparation, and review, and liaising with relevant parties. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate recovery and restructuring, financial due diligence, or special review/investigation, possess excellent analytical and computer skills, and have a good command of English and report writing abilities.

    < Key Responsibilities >
    • Lead and guide clients through various financial and business advisory services, including financial forecasting, analysis, and modelling, due diligence, proposal preparation, and review.
    • Liaise with regulators, registrars, lawyers, and accountants for transaction processing. Provide expert advice and guidance on financial and business matters to clients.
    • Analyze financial data and create comprehensive financial models. Assist with due diligence of transactions, including review of financial information.
    • Prepare and review proposals/business report materials.
    • Lead and guide team members in completing various assignments and client engagements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant parties.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    < MUST >
    • Possesses at least 10 years of related work experience in Business Advisory or Corporate Advisory
    • Familiar with Financial Due Diligence, and Special Review / Investigation, Finance Forecasting, Analysis, and Modeling
    • Chartered Accountant (MIA, ACCA, CPA ...)

    • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    • Strong analytical and computer skills.
    • Good command of English and report writing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
