  • Job Description

    • To provide on-site quality support at customer site to clarify the quality issue.
    • To summarizes customer reject during on-site checking by analysing the result and report to Japan HQ site.
    • To segregate the customer reject part if caused by customer or Nissha incoming material issue.
    • To notify Japan sales team to provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if related to Nissha material issue.
    • To coordinating sample shipment and follow up between customer, supplier and Japan HQ for failure analysis (FA) purpose.
    • To provide the FA analysis report to customer and respond to customer enquiries.
    • To prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) report and present in the monthly meeting.
    • To maintain good relationships with customer and ensuring customers’ satisfaction by visiting customer and fulfilling customer requirements.
    • To assist in monitoring quality issue of supplier by visiting and verifying the improvement items.


  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in ngineering or any related fields.
    - At least 3 years experience in QA or QC in Manufacturer

    - Having working experience of QA or QC in Electric & Electronic industry
