  • Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Oversee the Engineering team, including work plan, personnel training, supervision and assessment.
    - Work with R&D team to ensure the bulk manufacturability of new products.
    - Deal with production abnormalities in a timely manner, take necessary actions to improve product pass-through rate continually to ensure the normalization of production.
    - Plan product process, capacity , standard working hours formulation. Continuously optimize of processes and operation processes to ensure efficient production operation.
    - Evaluate the tools, instruments and equipment required for production, and formulate instrument tuning and maintenance plans to ensure the safe operation of production equipment.
    - Supervise production technology, validate production process, and ensure the integrity, timeliness, and technical precipitation of engineering data.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

    - Experience : Min 5 years of hands-on experiences in engineering management in consumer electronics industry

    - Require Skill :
    - Familiar with machinery and equipment in the consumer electronics industry and its functions.
    - Familiar with all kinds of production equipment for electronic processes, proficient in the use of various types of testing equipment of communication modules
    - Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and English
