  • Job Description

    - To conduct dealer training needs analysis (TNA) and formulate strategies to improve dealer service quality through Soft Skills Training that meet market situation
    - To plan annual training targets and schedule and to ensure proposer execution as intended
    - To implement training plan in accordance with company program and direction
    - To conduct - demand Soft Skills Training such as Management and Communication, Product, relevant Sales & Customer Satisfaction Index (SSI & CSI) courses to meet market situation
    - To conduct on-site evaluation of dealer or dealer personnel skill level as part of ensuring their competency level meets company desired standard
    - To evaluate trainees competency and to report on evaluation results and findings to Management
    - To initiate and monitor training improvement activities


  • Requirement

    Education Background :
    - Bachelor Degree and equivalent

    Experience :
    - Prefer candidate has 5 years and above experience in Automotive industry

    Require Skill :
    - Automotive Knowledge
    - Soft Skills Training
    - Experience in Deliver Training
    - Can Manage Subordinate
