  • Job Description

    Job Summary:
    To monitor overall Accounting, Finance and Taxation functions of the Company and liaise with external party, eg: auditors, tax agents, bankers on related matters.

    Job Descriptions:
    - To prepare and review monthly balance sheet schedule.
    - To prepare financial analysis and responsible for all daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
    - To prepare monthly forecast and closing reports with analytical review
    - To monitor the Actual Performance of the company against Budget and Costing and implement Action Plans to address Operating Costs accordingly.
    - To prepare and coordinate the yearly audit schedule, documents and taxation matters.
    - To perform financial risk management including enhancing internal controls, implementation and enforcement of financial policies and procedures.
    - Support on continuous improvement processes and ad hoc task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting, or other equivalent qualification(s)

    - Experience : Minimum 3 years of financial accounting/GL/audit experience is required, preferably with fast-moving consumer goods or high volume company

    - Require Skill :
    1. Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word
    2. Ability to effectively communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, both verbally and in writing (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
    3. Good technical accounting knowledge, meticulous and organized individuals with strong initiatives
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, willing to face obstacles and solve troublesome works and handle ambiguity & pressure well
    5. Able to multitask, responsible and willing to work in a fast paced, high growth work environment.
    6. Able to meet tight schedule for submission by cut-off date and deadline
    7. Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
