    "1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact. Understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their needs.
    2. Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and actively seek new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and proposals that align with client objectives.
    3. Account Management: Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects for clients. Ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and meet client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and performance.
    4. Team Leadership: Manage a team of client servicing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
    5. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices.
    6. Client Communication: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Keep clients informed about campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
    7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, analytics, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects."

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    (Must)
    1. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles within the digital marketing industry. Experience working with Chinese clients or in the Chinese market is highly preferred.
    2. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

    (Prefer)
    Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, display advertising, and content marketing. Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms and social media channels is a plus.
