- Job Description- Responsibilities 
 -Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, sewerage, -refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.
 -Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
 -Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.
 -Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.
 -Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.
 -Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.
 -Ensure installations are safe and legal.
 -Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.
 -Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.
Qualifications
- Requirement- (Must) 
 -At least 1 Year of experience in in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate will be considered.
 -Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4).
 -Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.
 (Prefer)
 -Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Vocational in Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent.
 -Preferably Technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
