• Job Description

  - There are 3 types of machines that the customer engineer need to handle, 1. Laser Machine , 2. Dicing Saw Machine, 3. Black Grinding Machine (Each person will take care one machine and can rotate in the future)
  - Internal communication with Japanese is required to understand the flow of work and services
  - Provide engineering, technical support and after-sales support, including attending technical queries, providing technical information and advice to customers
  - Collate and understand customer requirements / expectations, and liaise with related departments to improve and meet customers’ demands
  - Assist in internal product & services development
  - Establish good relationship with customers
  - Seek technical assistance from Japan counterpart
  
  ***Candidate will start with Customer Engineer in Disco and will be change to another role, Dicing Saw Application Engineer after 1 - 2 years.
  
  Job Scopes of Dicing Saw Application Engineer :
  - To provide engineering, technical support and after-sales support, including attending technical queries, providing technical information and advice to customers.
  - To initiate and organize continuous customer support and establish good relationship with customers.
  - To provide guidance and support to customer in developing, sustenance, and improvement of process capability to exceed/meet operations goals.
  - To troubleshoot customer’s out-of-control situations and process issues and provide corrective actions.
  - To coordinator with customers to start-up new processes which involves process characterization and development.
  - Work as a team with direct and indirect departments to meet company set goals and objectives.
  - Analyze evaluation data and generate report for internal and external usage.
  - To initiate proposals and future process improvements for customers.
