    <Job Purpose>

    The COO will oversee all operations except for IT, Finance and Marketing Department. The incumbent is responsible for the strategic goals and formulating plans to make sure those goals are met for the overall success of the departments.

    <Duties & Responsibilities>

    1. Developing and executing the company’s business strategies.
    2. Provide strategic advice to the CEO.
    3. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
    4. Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
    5. Project management and develop strategic operating business plans.
    6. Provide leadership and motivation to all employees.
    7. Develop reporting tools to monitor ongoing performance of company.
    8. Establish relationships with industry and marketing experts.
    9. Ensure company policies and guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
    10. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
