  Responsibilities and duties
   Plan and manages all aspect of industrial engineering activities in plant.
   Conduct studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization.
   Recommend acquiring the most appropriate equipment to expand or modify production line.
   Ensure project/departments milestone and goals are met and adhering to approved budget.
   Be responsible for review project plan with project team, make sure IE’s work catch the time line of each phase of the project.
   Be responsible for review MSD and KPI, and follow up to make sure each activity is closed on time.
   Coordinate APQP activities for ME function, such as PFD and PFMEA review meeting.
   Participate in the training related with IE technical skill and management skill.
   Participate in DFM activities, follow up the open issue to be closed.
   Support new business quotation.
   Manage subordinate day to day performance of jobs
   Be responsible for make PBP for subordinates and rating performance.
   Be responsible for control people utilization and OT.
   Be responsible for review IE business team’s QVC performance, review action plan for the problem and make sure gap closure.
   Be responsible for evaluating people’s capability and make individual training plan.
   Be responsible for providing regular technical/management training to IE engineer, technician and other function if needed.
   Be the trainer in the training course related to IE function.
   Be responsible for balancing resources among IE business teams.
