  Summary
  Works with business leaders and IT to prioritize requests, determine technology needs, and incorporate technical solutions into daily operations. Helps scope new projects, determine their functional requirements, and works with peers and service providers to implement the solutions that help our operations run efficiently. Job Descriptions:
  
  - Implementation and support of our ERP and related systems.
  - Act as a liaison between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain sign-off.
  - Evaluate functional specifications against business requirements.
  - Evaluate business requirements, assist with cost justification for new requests and provide recommendations to management personnel.
  - Create test plans based on Functional Specifications.
  - Perform IT testing of delivered solution within QAD. Assist end users with user acceptance testing.
  - Coordinate the implementation of system software, including conversion of data to the new system, and work with application support personnel to resolve system problems.
  - Maintain system documentation, including any interfaces with our ERP.
  - Provide technical support to system end-users.
