    Industry: Logistic
    Department: Export team
    Role: Customer Service for global customers

    - Work closely with Operations and overseas counterparts to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently
    - Communicate with existing customer by phone or email and overseas counterpart
    - Respond to the inquiries from customer regarding the export matters
    - Good customer care to maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
    - Make monthly report for export/import and report
    - Perform personal effect export /import arrangement
    - Support communication for overseas with a good command of English
    - To make an effort to achieve individual, team, and company goals
    - To support members at other department such as Custom or operation in case of any irregularities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Fluent in English to liaise with global customers
    - Education Background : Open for SPM with working experience and good English
    - Experience :
    1. Fresh graduate
    2. Experience in logistics industry
    3. Experienced customer service role
