  • Job Description

    * Responsible for prompt delivery to idemitsu's customers (OEM, Industrial and Automotive)
    * Prompt submission of assigned report
    * In charged of Minimum and standard selling price (quarterly) or when necessary
    * Assists in conducting customer credit or background search
    * Responsible for master creation for SAP distribution Module
    * Fully understand and utilize SAP distribution module for work and able to advise others CS user
    * Monitor and analyse monthly delivery cost
    * Responsible for delivery schedule and make sure the cost effectiveness and delivery performance
    * Provide constructive feedback on Job, team performance and cooperation with other department for improvement
    * Willingness to accept suggestion from team or others for improvement
    * Work independently and communicate well with customers, transporters, supplier, colleagues and upper management
    * Responsbilities to keep safe of all customer service documents and confidential information
    * Undertake training of new recruits in customer service
    * Assists customer service manager when necessary
    * Lead customer service team when necessary

  • Requirement

    Language: English
    Education Background: Min in Diploma or Similar suitable qualification
    Experience: At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in any industries
    Fresh Graduate can apply
    Working knowledge of MS office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
    Able to work independently and to communicate well at all levels
    Willing to travel
