  • Job Description

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. To assists Sales Director in planning the monthly sales forecast and liase with Production planner on the production plan . To also prepare and review sales forecast.
    2. To obtain sales order from Customers
    3. To acts as the ‘window’ of the Company ; representing the Company in sales activities; corresponding with all customers
    4. To ensure that all customers are satisfied with the products and services provided by the Company
    5. To perform other duties that may be assigned by his/her superior(s) from time to time.

    CONTACTS

    Internal :
    • Daily contacts with Production Planner, QA and Finance Departments on schedules, quality issues and billings
    External :
    • Frequent contacts with customers on matters pertaining to sales

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or any related
    - Experience : 5 years of sales experience at manufacturing industry
    - Others : if a candidate can speak Japanese , it is high possibility to hire the candidate
