  Job Scopes:
  - Responsible for the implant franchise sales performance, marketing strategy & tactical executions.
  - Analyze & develop portfolio brand plan & product launch plan.
  - Manage sales budget, A&P and need assessment.
  - Collaborate with local , regional/ ASEAN team on marketing initiatives.
  - Responsible for monthly and annual sales & inventory forecast.
  - Conduct product training to sales force, agents, and dealers.
  - Case attendance & KOL management.
  - Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
  - Lead the development, communication and maintenance of the Marketing events calendar.
  - Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.
  - Support the coordination of data management for Marketing Services activities, including Analytics and Competitive Intelligence.
