• Develop, document, and optimize injection moulding processes for new and existing tools.• Establish and maintain robust process parameters to ensure part consistency, cycle time efficiency, and quality compliance.• Analyze and troubleshoot moulding issues such as flash, short shots, sink marks, warpage, and dimensional inaccuracies.• Collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams on mould trials, new tool validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and DOE studies.• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for non-conformances and process deviations.• Support preventive maintenance efforts for moulds and machines to ensure reliable operation. • Assist in training production staff and process technicians on best practices and new processes. • Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and waste elimination within the moulding process.• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as ISO/quality standards.

- Manage and coordinate injection molding projects from concept through to production.- Liaise with cross-functional teams including design, tooling, quality, and production to ensure project success.- Evaluate and approve mold designs and modifications in collaboration with toolmakers and suppliers.- Provide technical support during mold trials, troubleshooting molding issues, and implementing corrective actions.- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports.- Ensure that all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.- Source and manage suppliers and vendors involved in tooling and component supply.- Drive continuous improvement in molding processes and tooling performance.- Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA activities for new or modified products.- Support validation and documentation for new tool launches (IQ, OQ, PQ).
