We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Manager to join our team in the chemical sector. This role is well-suited for professionals who have prior experience working with raw materials.As part of a mid-sized, dynamic sales team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with both local and international clients. The position is primarily focused on route sales, where trust-building and long-term customer engagement are central to success. You will be responsible for managing client accounts within Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor, while also participating in occasional overseas assignments such as trade shows and customer visits.Responsibilities1. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on route sales and long-term partnerships.2. Conduct regular outside sales visits (more than 50% of working days).3. Handle client accounts primarily in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor.4. Participate in domestic business trips several times per year.5. Represent the company at overseas exhibitions and trade shows (typically once a year).6. Join overseas business trips as required (up to once per month).7. Collaborate closely with internal sales staff and department head to align strategies.8. Provide regular market updates and customer feedback to support business planning.9. Contribute to team development and, if in a managerial role, mentor junior staff.

< POSITION SUMMARY >This role is key in maintaining existing regulatory, quality systems and standards within the facilities in Malaysia and Philippines, reporting directly to the Country Manager and Regional QA Manager as functional line.Ensuring Business Unit (BU) compliance with corporate and BU procedures and establishing key performance indicators and metrics to successfully manage and improve performance is core to this role.< ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES >・Assist with the establishment of a BU quality management system and ensuring compliance with all relevant Quality Standards, Directives and Regulations and ensure compliance in sites with regards to corporate policies and procedures.・Maintain records and files on all registrations of all existing products in the territories.
