1. Warehouse Operationsa) Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods including labelling/re-labelling, packing, loading and unloading of goods.b) Perform quality control (QC) checks on all goods received to ensure compliance with purchase specifications. Accurately document and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to internal departments immediately upon receipt.c) Ensure the timely dispatch of goods in accordance with delivery schedules and customer requirements, minimizing delays and maintaining high service levelsd) Ensure proper storage of goods with accurate labelling, including expiry dates, in accordance with inventory management standards.e) Handle delicate and sensitive products with the utmost care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.f) Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat; Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.g) Replenish packing material, racks. Shelves or bins as and when necessary. Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials, tools and accessories.h) Operate warehouse equipment eg. forklift and pallet jacks, monitor the equipment usage and coordinate regular maintenance.i) Compliance with security, health and safety procedures2. Inventory Managementa) Ensure goods are dispatched in accordance with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize the risk of product expiry or obsolescence.b) Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.c) Continuously review and enhance stock-taking procedures to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.d) Implement best practices and leverage technology to minimize discrepancies and streamline inventory audits.
