■ JOB SUMMARY• To plan Go-To-Market activities on assigned genres to generate leads and increase sales closure rate.• To manage tier 1 partner (distributor) and channel partners on marketing activities and PSI forecast.• To plan & communicate on LFP sales and marketing programs. Identifying end users by segment assigned under responsibilities scope.• To conduct market research on competitor's performance/activity and pricing.• To forecast & prepare ISM file to RHQ by monthly basis.• To communicate & plan with RHQ PM for products & price related matters.• To implement sales and promotion activities to meet assigned LFP product sales target.• Able to conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, to establish and maintain contact with existing and potential customers.• To participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as directed by the Vertical Biz Assistant Manager.■ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Plan and execute sales & LFP product marketing strategies and activities to drive sales.• Identify the right strategy to drive business activities.• To identify & develop LFP solution partners in bringing more value-added solution to the customer.• Close communication is required between PM, Sales, and presales to develop strategies in order to achieve set objectives.• Focus on the high-quality markets, the tie ups of relevant system solutions and partners are required to offer to complete system solution.• Focus on existing genres. Assist in establishing business expansion through focus efforts on potential markets that have not been tapped.• Flag potential opportunities in market expansion to Senior Manager. Coordinate investigation and establish requirements.• Sales & Inventory forecast with Regional HQ Business Unit.• Executes strong and clear communications across dept/division within Malaysia & RHQ, and related disty as well as channel partners.• Work closely with RHQ LFP BU to accomplish target solution and market penetration objectives.• Work with other related departments for common action/ ideas sharing.• Prioritise all tasks within LFP team & practise multitasking, time management in most effective and efficient manner.• Align and seek additional support from RHQ BU to maximize market outreach & sales opportunities and generate sufficient sales leads.• Support channel sales activities to increase sales closures and increase market share.
