<Job Description>- Develop strategic action plans to address the industry requirements and changes to sustain and grow the product development businesses.- Consistently determine new and untapped industry and/ or customer account by leveraging on effective business tools and processes.- Regularly analyze the industry demands and changes as well as alert of competitors’ strategy moves.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage healthy inventory level to ensure the overall performance on track.- Lead a product management team to pursue respective targeted results, meanwhile nurture and prepare them for succession planning.- Collaborate with various suppliers and sales forces towards a mutual business objective and grow the business consistently.- Functionally cross-worked with corporate branding & communications team to conduct marketingcampaigns for stimulating sales activities to achieve desired results.
